This is a good idea. I can see this FAQ growing very, very quickly.
So, I would suggest that we start thinking about a hierarchy
already... a couple suggestions below:

  * ZServer

| Win32 (maybe there are specific issues, if so I don't want to read about

I'm not sure if there will be many platform specific issues after
