[Zope] Error in QuickStart 1.11.0pr1

Hello,

I just downloaded Zope 1.11.0pr1 and was attempting to go thru the
QuickStart when I got an error stating.

Resource not found.

I viewed the QuickStart index_html without problem. I click on any of the
links to view further information and get the error.

This is all with a default binary install of the Win32 version into it's
own directory.
