[Zope] Zope telephony?

www.ekno.lonelyplanet.com has a bunch of this - the entire 
admin.ekno.lonelyplanet.com site (which does everything but the webmail
and the static marketing blurb) is entirely in Zope. Voicemail download
is there - voicemail upload kinda works, but is limited by the lack of
simple client support, so it's not available. What's a call tree?
