Well, I wrote most of it, so yes, I have a fair idea of how it works. :)

Mostly, it's lots of custom bits behind the scenes to do the voicemail,
and just interfacing to the SQL server that the billing component uses.

I'm _soooo_ looking forward to our new voicemail, which should store
messages in IMAP. Will make life so, so much easier. (Roll on open 
standards).
