You probably want to look at the 'Zope Content Manager's Guide'
availiable at www.zope.org under documentation.  In that, you'll find
"managing users and permissions" which will help you out.

Make sure you're using Zope 2.0.1 which has more secure local roles.

If you simply want to restrict access to a folder, go to the folder,
select 'security', and uncheck 'view' from the anonymous permissions.
Now only the manager/owner can view it.
