[Zope] No information about upgrading

Maybe this is too basic for you out there but there is no information in
zope 2 distribution neither any of the docs on the zope site about upgrading
from zope 1 to zope 2. At least somebody should say to not overwrite your
zope 1 install with the zope 2 one (if you haven't tried, it doesn't work,
thanks god I've got a backup)
