[Zope] How can I create an list_object to use with manage_changeProperties

Hi folks,
I've got a little problem because i want to change the properties of a 
folder object

<dtml-with id> #id of the folder objekt
<dtml-call "manage_changeProperties(list_object)">
</dtml-with>

the list_object must contain the folder properties and the new values of the 
properties (comming via REQUEST (form-dtml))

{'id':'exampleid','title':'exampletitle'}

The creation of this list_objet must be dynamic.
So that there is no need to change the list_object if a property were added 
to the folder object.
something like that:
{id:REQUEST['id'],title:REQUEST['titel']}

How can i create such an object?
