Hi Brian

Not sure if this helps or not, but going back a while I remember seeing
something about IIS returning the wrong Content-Length.

It seems to only affect browsers that treat the Content-Length as 'gospel',
IE on Win32 seems to ignore the Content-Length!.

Try searching the Microsoft site I have a feeling that there is a fix
somewhere.
