[Zope] Installing ZODBC DA 3.01.b

ACK You've caught me in a release trick that failed :-) I always check it 
back out fresh from the repository before releasing it, and well... I forgot
to check in a change :-)  Anyway, there's now a beta 2 up on the web site
that has just this change.

Also, I've fixed the MIME types for those complaining about downloads... the
problem didn't show up on UNIX because of the lack of "automagical do what I
think I wanna do" features :-)
