[Zope] Starting Zope -error msgs

Just finished an install of the Zope-2.0.0-src for Slackware Linux - kernel
2.2.6

No error mesages during ./configure, make, or make clean.
suid to root and make install -no errors
got the master login & password

but when I run the start script or python z2.py I get the following errors:
