[Zope] any good a to z tutorials?

is there a tutorial or document anywhere that might be able to help me get
started?  I have been playing for 4 hours with the 'variable' strings, and
for some strange reason I think there is more to zope than that.  I need a
one stop crash course, because honestly, I have worked with Sun Microsystems
NetDynamics, and PHP3 before, and cought on really fast, with zope I am just
list..  I thought I was an object oriented person too... :)

any help would be great....
