[Zope] Zope mailing list glitches

Our apologies - the zope list was down temporarily, and i expect that
at least five messages have been lost.  If you sent a message but got
back an "unknown mailer error", try resending your message - things
should be back in operating order now.

(We had to crank up the kernel file descriptor limit - we suspect that
the current attention on slashdot (check it out) has spiked our visits
beyond what our system has previously seen, and mailman choked on the
file descriptor max at a bad time.  Thank goodness it's careful about
checkpointing the db...)
