[Zope] MIME Tools Attatchments

I am having a lot of trouble with about 50% of the mail I send out of
zope with text/html attatchments using the mime tag.  Many people just
get inline code, rather than an attatchment.  I am mime clueless, so if
anyone else has this problem, please share with me how you got around
it.

Someone had told me zope's mime tag wasn't sending out Mime version
headers.  Is that enough to screw things up?
