[Zope] Trimming listadmin trailers from quoted text

Multiply-quoted copies of the list admin info are line noise;  like
HTML-encoding, I tend to skip such messages rather than wade through the muck.

Two solutions:

* Authors trim the quoted versions manually (which they should anyway).

* Mailman applies some magic to rip them out.
