In a word, yes. Let's say you have
parentfolder
--subfolder
In a DTML method in parentfolder, if you need information from
subfolder, you need to go "with" the subfolder.
e.g.,
(example method in parentfolder)
<dtml-with subfolder>
<dtml-var title>
</dtml-with>
