You need:

Zope
 |-GUFTest
     |- acl_users (GenericUserFolder)
     |- Portal

The user that you are authenticating doesn't exist outside of the
GUFTest tree. I think that you will happily be able to Aquire, but
you will be aquiring as Anonymous outside of the GUFTest subtree.
