[Zope] portal problems

Zopistas,

I'm trying to let my users create portals, prerelease though the PTK may
be.  When they get to PortalWizard: 01 (Set ID, Title, Description and
data storage) 

they get told they can't access the Interfaces folder where the Generic
Portal lies.

What do I need to do to let them create portals?
