[Zope] WAP, WBMP and PIL

Those people using Zope to do WAP related things may be 
interested to know that I have written a WBMP plugin for PIL so it 
should now be possible to manipulate WBMP images from within 
Zope.

wbmpconvsrc.zip which includes the above plugin and also a script 
for converting files to/from wbmp format.
