[Zope] encoding in XMLDocument

Hi all,

here is my 1st question for my 1st day in this list (hope i will be able
to provide answers in a few weeks) :

I'm currently trying to implement a news site digest using RSSChannel,
but i'm in trouble with encoding. When it fetches an xml file encoded in
ISO-8859-1, the output is in UTF-8 (unreadable for us west europeans).

I don't see any word about enconding in XMLDocument code or
documentation, is it a feature to add or am i missing something ?
