[Zope] Adding a bunch of ZTopics at once

Hi Zopers

How would one programmatically add a whole bunch of ZTopics?
For example, I'd like to have ones for:

        Getting to know
        Manual
        Presentation
        Press Release
        Press Coverage
        Technical Paper
        User Guide
        White Paper

And adding them one by one can't be the way ..
