[Zope] mysqlUserFolder woes

I'd suggest using UserDB. It's been pretty good for us. I looked at 
mysqlUserFolder (seemed overly complex), GUF (couldn't get it to 
work) and even LoginManager (too much Zen needed) and came back to 
UserDB.
