This is a file permission problem with
"/usr/local/Zope-2.1.6-src/var/gadfly/demo/demo.gfl"

Check that the user running Zope is allowed to read and write
to this file (and maybe the directory
"/usr/local/Zope-2.1.6-src/var/gadfly/demo/".

It has nothing to do with Chapter 10.
