| longer than this. Try searching http://www.useit.com/ for
| the term 'breadcrumbs' and you'll come up with some
| documents dating to 1994.

I'm sure the Hansel and Gretel story from which this was based in the
first place could get a foot in the door as well. It's not a big stretch
to go from forest to web navigation d;)
