[Zope] ZODBCDA Test tab doesn't work - Fix

Previous posts to this mailing list have noted that the Test tab on an 
ODBC database connection doesn't work (it gives a unpack 
sequence of wrong size error).

I have modified db.py to fix this problem, and the patch is available 
from http://www.zope.org/Members/Duncan/zodbcda_patch if 
anyone wants it.
