The U.S. Navy's chief procurement honcho is "very

with the level of support for Internet/intranet groupware
which the Navy and Marine Corps are receiving from
Microsoft products

Quoth he -- *There are shareware products that have better
groupware features than those of Microsoft products.*

Maybe we need to introduce him to the Open Source alternative?
