[Zope] Trying to compile ZPyGresql

Well, .... that's when I get that output.... Setup.ini contains the correct
directories. I just don't understand the sentence "no rule..." does this
mean that the file doesn't exists? What does that part of the script? Does
it makes a file, or does it changes a file?
