[Zope] MySQLda (and db) I want the binaries

Take a look at http://www.zope.org/Members/philh/mysql.

The instructions are still valid, but some of the software has been updated
(specifically MySQL itself).

This uses the older MySQL adapter, but it works for testing purposes with
one thread under NT.
