[Zope] Restart bug *and* shutdown bug

I mailed a long mail to Jim Fulton last week about the different
symptoms. I have tried running from another browser, and 'restarts'
often resulted in actual silent crashes of Zope (and sometimes with an
error message which again I mailed Jim).

So the symptoms of running the browser on another machine are different,
but still bad. I don't know what the shutdown behavior is with browsers
on the other machine.
