Some installation knowledge, apache integration knowledge (rewrite
rules, mostly) and system resource managment.

No more so than any other type of long running process.  Their objection
would probably be more aesthetic than anything else, ie, Zope is 'alien'
to them, especialy if they specialized in some other form of dynamic
content like PHP.
