More generally, whenever Sybase/MSSQL fails in some unexpected way
(a system error, or whatever), it makes Zope sad. And a sad Zope is
a Zope that can't talk to the database without either a restart, or
going to the manage screen for the DB connection and closing it and
then re-opening it.
