[Zope] Epoch time use

There have been several messages re. to this topic, timezone issues, and
GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) in the last few days. Scan up the list to get
some ideas. 

Even though the title doesn't seem related, some of the "REQUEST.set not
incrementing" messages have ZopeTime examples.
