[Zope] Attribute Error: tpc_begin

I'm trying to get ZSolidDA working.  I had to make minor changes to
sql.c and the Makefile to account for my Solid version 3 libs and
includes.  The compile went ok, and sql.so is importable and looks ok.

I'm trying to run a ZSQLMethod to create a table and I'm getting an
exception:

Error Type: AttributeError
Error Value: tpc_begin

I searched an found this related bug, apparently during 2.0.0 beta:
