Whoops, didn't realize you meant an "open" ZClass-based Product.  I don't
know what the answer is in that case.

thing.FooClass_add(None, self.REQUEST, NoRedir=1)

...may be what you want.  "None" doesn't need a '_.' in Python code, and
REQUEST can sometimes stand in for "_".
