Please follow the link to your subscription address from

  http://lists.zope.org/mailman/roster/zope

and use that page to unsubscribe.  (You can also find the roster from the
listinfo page, which is mentioned at the bottom of *every* zope list
message.)  Everyone, please remember *not* to send such requests to the
mailling list, proper - if even a fraction of the people needing
administrative help did that the list would quickly become clogged with
the requests!
