[Zope] MYSQLUF : win32 binary for _mysql.pyd

I am trying to set up MySQL user folder
[http://www.zope.org/Members/vladap/mysqlUserFolder] on my WinNT box.
This product requires the compiled MySQLdb python module. I have
MYSQL.pyd, but I'm unable to compile _mysql.pyd on Windows ? Does anyone
have this binary ?
