[Zope] Zope under low Disk Conditions

I've just had a few frustrating hours trying to work out what was going on
with Zope.

It stopped allowing the addition of DTML-Methods. The connection would just
hang waiting for the Method to be created (also happened with DTML-Documents).

Turns out that /tmp was out of space temporarily. -- the disk that Zope
was running on had plenty of space.

It'd be nice if it would return low disk space errors rather than go off
into never-never land.
