[Zope] how to access newly created object with python

Hi Zopistas

 f=getattr(self.Members,name)

 f.manage_addDTMLMethod('index_html',
title='guestmode',file=default_member_content)

now I want to set some permissions to index_html but

 f.index_html.manage_permission(blabla) doesn't work

how can I access the newly created index_html method?
