[Zope] WorldPilot send problem

I've installed WorldPilot (D/L'ed today) under Zope 2.1.4-2.  I
followed the INSTALL file instructions and everything seems to work
just fine with one exception.  When I attempt to COMPOSE and then
SEND a message I get the following traceback:

Note: When I watch my MTA's (Exim) log files I see no sign of an
attempted connection.
