[Zope] Installation Directory Problems in a W2K install

I always thought the inst directory was used by Zopeat install time and only
then.

Any products should go into <zopedir>/lib/python/Products

Any zexp files hould be in <zopedir>/import

You shouldn't need to put anything in the inst directory.
