i'm afraid i dont know for sure but i would expect so.

i just did a search for 'proxypass' on the apache-mod_ssl mailinglist
(http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=apache-modssl&r=1&w=2) and they say
its possible.

try it and tell us what you found!
