[Zope] DateTime bug with WorldZones

Hi again,

after read the mail I thought it could be misunderstood.

What DateTime returns wrong is the "GMT" part of, for instance,
"2000/03/31 18:08:58.3851 GMT".

It should return, "2000/03/31 18:08:58.3851 GMT+1".

Note: the hour is correct, but the gmt part no, should be added "+1".
