You can use a fairly simple DTML conversion routine...

(completely untested, but it should give you an idea)

<dtml-in "Catalog({'metatype' : 'YourZClassMetaType'})">
<dtml-with "getobject(data_record_id_, REQUEST)">
  <dtml-call
"propertysheets.YourPropertySheet.manage_changeProperties({'SiteUrl' :
