[Zope] comparision between zope and other technologies

We were planning on starting a web based project, and I was entrusted the
task of performing an evaluation/comparision  of the various options
available , open source as well as commercial . 
The option we were considering were PERL , PHP , Cold Fusion , Servlets ,
Zope .
Can anyboody pls point me towards an article / report where I can find a
comparision in terms of varouos parameters like 
1) Portability
2) Scalability 
3) Reliability
4) Clustering
5) Security
6) Database Connectivity
7) ...
