[zope] Using Zope on a third-party web host

sorry in advance. i know this is probably a dumb question but i cant figure
it out

i am trying to install zope on my vhost account (csoft.net -- i know others
have done the same thing at this host that i am trying to do, including the
author of the howto mentioned below) and im working from this howto at
http://www.zope.org/Members/gldnspud/zope3rdparty

this how to says:

* go into ~/zope and run: python w_pcgi.py
This will compile and prepare Zope for use

i cant figure how to get this file that is mentioned (w_pcgi.py)

i ran install and it worked fine (this time - stupid mistake before)
