Hmm, this is better(tm):

	<dtml-if "id == ''">
		<dtml-var "<b>The root folder has no identity!!</b>">
	<dtml-else>
		<dtml-var "<b>sweet</b>">
	</dtml-if>

You could always do a "id == '' and title == 'Zope'", but I don't think
that's necessary.
