Not quite, it's solved in a slightly different way in the CVS.

We do the following to get the CVS solution to work with 2.1.4 and
2.1.6:

Checkout editUser.dtml 1.10 and User.py 1.102 from the CVS.

Then apply the following patch to editUser.dtml:
