[Zope] DCOracle + LOB

hi all,

i have this shiny brand new oracle 8i server and now read (on the
mailinglist) that there's no lob support for oracle 8i in dcoracle
1.3.2, and indeed it does not appear to work.

is that true? i need lob support! is there any workaround? through
stored procedures maybe?
