[Zope] German version of zzLocale

Hello,

is someone working on german version of zzLocale?
We would like to join. 
Currently there is a static translation of the whole
interface with zzLocale. So it's difficult to change. If 
you change something in one language you have to change in all other files too.
What's about an integration of zzLocale
with ZBabel? How could we do that?
