[Zope] logging on problem

Hi,

I have installed ZOPE and tried to logon to localhost:8080/manage but I 
have forgotten the userid/pw.

The file (called 'access') shows my name and then something encrypted but I 
dont know how to use it for logging on.

Can anyone help?
