[Zope] Edit Window size limit on Netscape communicator 4.7

At this point, I'm thinking the document needs to be broken out into
multiple docs or methods or edited and FTP'd.  Beside, <textarea>s don't
have many features.

   there is a limit 128K (old browsers - 64K). Has nothing with Zope.
